Yash Raj films has been not doing its best since the past year or two. Although the top hits of the year come from Yash Raj Films, there are movies coming from the production house which are not faring too well in recent times. Movie like Neal n Nikki, Kabul Express, Ta ra rum pum , Jhoom Baraabar Jhoom, Laaga Chunari Mein Daag, Aaja Nachle and Tashan have not managed to strike gold at the box office.

Even though these movie did bad business at the box office, the expectations and hype in the audience has always been high in public... thanks to the Yash Raj Banner. Chak de was the Biggest Surprise Hit of the year starring the King Khan. Yash Raj Films is looking back to bounce back with Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi this time.
